The rules for using this directory, for visitors and for advertisers. Using the site means these apply to you.
We publish advertisements placed by third parties and make them findable. We are not a party to anything a visitor and an advertiser agree, we do not relay messages, and we handle no payments between them.
We decide what may be published here and we may refuse or remove a listing. That is a moderation right and not an endorsement: publishing a listing says it met our rules, not that we vouch for the offer in it.
You must be 18 or older. No account is needed, nothing is required of you, and you may leave at any time.
Contact and anything agreed afterwards is between you and the advertiser. Check for yourself who you are dealing with, and use the report control if something is wrong.
You may advertise only for yourself, or for a venue you are entitled to represent. You must complete the identity check, you must be 18 or older, and the photos you upload must be of you and yours to use.
Everything in your listing must be accurate, including rates and availability. Where a permit is required for your activity, the permit number must be in the listing.
Any of the following ends the listing and, depending on what it is, the account with it. The first two are also reported to the authorities.
We review reports and we review listings on our own initiative. A listing may be removed or suspended when it breaks these rules, and a person makes that decision rather than an automated system.
An advertiser whose listing is restricted is told why and can respond. A reporter who left an email address receives a reasoned decision.
The listings are written by advertisers, and we do not guarantee that what is in them is accurate, current or complete. We are not responsible for what happens between a visitor and an advertiser.
We aim to keep the site available and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent Dutch court. Our company details are on the colophon.
